Nobody Plans for a Cracked Screen
mService is Metropolitan’s device repair and service network, with service centres from Colombo to Kandy, Galle and Anuradhapura. People rarely think about repairs until something breaks, and then they want someone they can trust, fast.
mService needed to be top of mind before that moment: known for quick turnaround, certified technicians, fair pricing and support for all major brands.
Problem First, Fix Second
Each post opens with a moment people recognise (“Cracked screen? Don’t panic!”, a laptop that has slowed down, overheating and noisy fans) and answers it with the service: display replacement, cooling-system cleaning and thermal paste, SSD and RAM upgrades, OS and software installation and general servicing, with instalment plans on credit cards. A work-from-home series reminded remote workers to service their laptops before they let them down.
Every creative carries the full branch list and hotline, reinforcing the island-wide network, while a red-and-navy system keeps the feed unmistakably mService. Greetings for Thai Pongal, Independence Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Easter, Ramadan and the Sinhala and Tamil New Year kept the brand present between offers.

mService now shows up with a clear, helpful voice exactly where people look when their tech fails, and reminds them that expert help is close by wherever they are in Sri Lanka.
